The latest update from the developer is very impressive. The sleeker look, enhanced features and ease of access help to create a more user-friendly, seamless experience for the end-user. This app is far easier to access than the metro web site. I will be using this app for my daily commute. I love how easy it is to check my balance and see repairs! Thank you, Avance, cant wait to see whats next!

I use this app a lot when Since I am a frequent metro rider. When I need to check my balance quicky or add funds I can do it with a touch of a button. The wmta website hasnt always been user friendly anf this app allows me to do basic fucntions for my smart app like checking balances easily. I Would highly recommend this to a person who has a smart trip to be able to manage your smart trip metro card on the go!

It"s unreliable! You never know when going to work.

New Version doesn’t sync and download account data. Crashes on attempts to purchase/add value to smart trip card. Please fix. This was previously a good app.

1. Cant add value 2. Does not have compatibility with other iOS apps, and does not remember your payment info. That would be less annoying if it allowed the iPhone to auto fill or had access to the iOS wallet 3. Its a great app...in theory

Complete waste of money, unable to login/connect to WMATA. Unless this is fixed this app is no good to use.

App was awesome, but it no longer can connect to my SmartTrip account. Please fix this.

This app is the work fine and is a great tool. Please fix, wont even start, crashes five seconds after start up… Junk!

Please fix all the bugs I really need this app to work This is really convenient. It saves you time. Please fix all the problems soon.

The only issue I have is the app does not update the balance fast enough. And it crashes a lot. When it works it is great.
